Britney Spears In Bathing Suit Is Enjoying Honeymoon

Britney Spears is stunning in swimwear as she splashes about ocean waters during her honeymoon. The singer, 40, is freshly married to third husband Sam Asghari, and she's updated her Instagram followers on the honeymoon. Stunning in a skimpy bikini, the Toxic star told fans:

"Part 2 of the Honeymoon here in this unbelievable tropical piece of paradise … No this is not a girls gone wild campaign … It’s simply me living my life !!! this is what happens when you do a two week yacht island vacation … jumping from island to island is literally insane !!! Girls if you want to lose weight, fly in a helicopter and you lose all your fluid from being nervous … I MEAN I think I dropped 4 pounds in a day … enough shallow talk right ladies ??? That’s too offensive … oh well"

She Notices Her Body

In 2015, the mom of two opened up about her body shape and perspectives after welcoming sons Jayden and Sean.

“After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape,” she told Women's Health. “But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key," the blonde added.

She's Gone Ice-Cream Diet

Britney has tried all kinds of diets, including a frozen one.

"So …. I tried the ice cream diet and since my favorite flavor is strawberry ?" Britney has told fans, adding: “I realized after a week eating it twice a day I needed to mix it up !!!! I switched to chocolate ? …. then I got bored of that one really fast so finally I went to vanilla ???? !!!!” the pop princess has told her Instagram followers.

The Mayo Clinic's experts advise to eat a healthy diet including "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She Eats Steak

Britney isn't on the vegan bandwagon, followed by the likes of singer Ariana Grande and Alicia Silverstone.

"Yes I will keep sharing … it keeps me on track … my family has always had a way of letting me know … well I guess I have a pretty good way as well !!! I took a nice dip in my pool … it's so bright and it has a nice chill spot … and a slide … I went down it 4 times already … it's hella fast !!! I cut all my hair short and my husband just made me a steak … life is good," she told fans this year.

She Cheats With Peanuts

Britney gets in healthy fats as cheat foods. She told her 41 million Instagram followers:

"Where the hell am I supposed to start / run a lot and try to eat clean and be mindful with my food unless I cheat, like last night when I ate a container of peanuts".

She's Eating Cake On Her Honeymoon

Britney's honeymoon post also revealed a treat food. Britney said she was "eating fruit cause it's too hot and muggy to eat hot food !!!"
