Gisele enjoys a solemn time at the beach while communing with nature. The fashion model showed off her slim frame in a black bikini while doing beach yoga. She sat at the edge of the water basking in the peaceful calm of the beach. She struck a seated mountain pose with her strong arms clasped towards the sky.

She sat in the sunset with her back to the camera as the sunset and trees created a serene scenery. She accompanied the photo with a heartwarming caption that revealed just how soothing she found the exercise.

She Turns To Yoga And Meditation

Gisele, wife of National Football League superstar Tom Brady credits yoga and meditation as what helped her overcome one of the most difficult phases in her life. Mid Day stated that last year, the Brazilian supermodel came out on Instagram to reveal that yoga and meditation were the one things that helped her come out stronger after a difficult time in her life. According to her, after a difficult phase of her life, she took time out to get to know herself better. 

She Gets To Know Herself Better

Gisele wrote on Instagram, “Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better. With the help of yoga and meditation, I came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation.”

According to Mayo Clinic, yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. Yoga brings together physical and mental disciplines that may help you achieve the peacefulness of body and mind. This can help you relax and manage stress and anxiety.

She Scraped Her Unhealthy Lifestyle

Gisele revealed that she scraped her unhealthy lifestyle for a healthy one after severe anxiety and panic attacks almost led her to take her own life. In an interview with Vogue Australia, the supermodel said she spent her 20s smoking cigarettes, drinking wine, and eating French fries, which led to serious mental health problems. Gisele now leads a lifestyle that involves waking up at 5.30 a.m., meditating, drinking green juice, swishing coconut oil around her mouth, and working out. In her 2018 book, “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life,” she opened up about the lifestyle which made her hit “rock bottom.”

She Adopts Healthy Habits

Changing her lifestyle and adopting healthier habits turned her life around. Insider reports that The model and environmental activist further disclosed that although turning away from her former lifestyle “wasn't easy,” she did it and has not looked back.

She also said that she started running in the morning as opposed to “having coffee, the mocha frappuccino for breakfast, and four cigarettes” in the morning. She is a firm believer that looking after one's self will in turn lead to outward beauty.
