She Basks In 'Summer Vibes'

The former artistic gymnast shared racy snaps while having a great time at the beach. She sizzled in a sleeveless blue wrap top, paired with a different shade of blue bikini bottom. The 32-year-old looked stunning as she posed with a sun protection hat and sunglasses to give a more summer look. Liukin looked as toned as ever in the bathing suit which flaunted her jaw-dropping figures.

She Shared Her Fitness Secret

Liukin made an appearance on NBC's The Biggest Loser where she introduced the first stamina test challenge for the contestants. The five-time Olympic gold medalist has a personal motto which is "Never quit on a bad day". According to Vogue, she always engaged in workouts every day for nothing less than 7 hours.

The sports champion shared her secret to staying fit during an interview with Thatsfit.com. The first thing the athlete does is to set goals. After doing this she always strives to achieve them. She further explained setting goals plays a very important role in overcoming obstacles and being successful in her career and personal life.

She Eats Healthy And Organic Food

Liukin also shared her preference for healthy and organic food. Her favorite breakfast includes oatmeal, eggs, or yogurt. She has a salad with protein (chicken or fish) for lunch and dinner includes protein with vegetables for a lighter meal. Even though she eats healthy, she also admitted to occasionally taking ice cream. The athlete further stated, "Don't go crazy about dieting. Eat healthily, but if you want to splurge and have a cookie, then have a cookie". Mayo Clinic states, "Some data shows possible health benefits of organic foods when compared with foods grown using the usual (conventional) process."

She Stays Fashionable Across Seasons

A lot of people might get confused as to what to wear when it is hot in the middle of summer. This was not a problem for the gymnast as she always knew what to wear to suit each season. Speaking to The Cut, she decided to share tips to make it easier for people to avoid being too stressed about what to wear and instead be able to pick out perfect outfits that would suit the season, providing comfort and style.

She Shared An Outfit Formula

The athlete shared a picture of her favorite summer outfit formula which was 'off-the-shoulder top + jean shorts + comfy sneakers +cool shades'. The picture showed her dressed in a white off-shoulder top with jean shorts, paired with white sneakers, a blue choker, and fancy shades. She further advised people who wanted to dress up more using the formal to instead switch the sneakers to a sandal or change the jean to a tailored pair and mix up the accessories the way they wanted.
