The actress and singer has been busy showing off her fit body this year, and it was major beach vibes from her back in January. In a photo with a gal pal, Victoria sizzled in a skimpy gold bikini while enjoying a fresh coconut drink - she also shouted out the luxury Florida resort she was staying at. Drawing attention to her slim waist and toned legs, Victoria told fans: "From your mermaid show to being oceanfront & drinking soo many fresh coconuts, thank you @boceanresort for an incredible stay. 🧜🏻‍♀️💙."

She Struggles With Hot Yoga

It's worth a try, but clearly, it isn't for everyone. Victoria has tried the hot yoga trend.

"Well my sister has gotten me into hot yoga," she told Hollywood Life. "So yeah it's tough. It was really not my thing in the beginning. And I still am in the classes sometimes and I'm like, 'Why am I doing this? Why am I here right now?' But it's… You always leave feeling better. But yesterday we did a class and I had to step out 'cause I was just… I was that one person that was like, Nope, can't take it."

She Loves Pumpkin Pie

The 29-year-old is likely welcoming fall. “My favorite food on Thanksgiving… love a good prime rib stuffed with garlic and good stuffing. And pie, I’m a big pie person. Love all the pies. Love pumpkin pie. We get chocolate cream pie sometimes in my household and they are so good, really good," she continued, her revealing her love of cheat foods and a balanced mindset.

She Loves Sunday Riley

Victoria knows her cult beauty products. The Zoey 101 alum has told her Instagram followers that she adores Sunday Riley's beauty products.

Zen works great for Victoria. "I try to meditate every day," she dished to Health. "It's important to take that time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to block everything out and get grounded again. And I love to lie on my hammock and read things that are inspirational and motivational, whether it's a self-help book or an autobiography."

She Loves Working Out

Victoria is always up for getting her abs and glutes in shape, plus enjoying cardio. The Mayo Clinic advises: "Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity."
