She Doesn't Eat Late Night Snacks

Late-night snacking used to be a problem for this blonde beauty. But, she soon realized it was doing harm to her body.

"As I've gotten older, I've had to change my food intake," she told Shape. "Eventually, I realized it was mindless eating. I was just doing it because he was doing it, and it was adding hundreds of calories I didn't even think about. So I cut that out."

Sugar is linked to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, according to Mayo Clinic. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans advise that adults should limit added sugars to less than 10% of their daily caloric intake.

She Does What Works Best For Her Body

Body types vary from person to person and what works for others may not work for you. So, if you are still figuring out your fitness plan, keep trying different exercises.

Speaking to Shape, Kaley shared that it took her years to find her ideal workout routine. "It took years for me to figure out what my body needs and that what works for my friends doesn't necessarily work for me. Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body. I love being toned and having muscle; it's so sexy and beautiful."

"It doesn't sound like a lot, but I lost six pounds in the last three months… Everything, from the inside out, has completely changed for me."
