Gymnast Nastia Liukin's Body 'Unsettling' In Swimsuit

Showing off her Gold Medal body as she rocked a bright red swimsuit, Nastia braved cold temperatures as she showed off her morning wellness routine. The APL collaborator was filmed stretching poolside in her strappy swimwear, with fans seeing her long legs and tiny waist.

Nastia resides in Texas, where the cool water is likely welcomed.

In the video, Nastia was seen prepping for her cold dip before emerging soaking wet from the water. The blonde was also seemingly enjoying the high-end lifestyle as the pool came with fancy jets.

In the caption, Liukin told fans: "*most* mornings look something like this." 

Footage also showed Nastia in leggings as she used resistance bands for an outdoor leg workout.

She added: "First things first, cold plunge (this time of year we just use the pool because it’s cold af and gets the job done!) followed by a (FaceTime) workout with @kirastokesfit a few times a week and then a quick shower + breakfast & go time."

Gaining over 100 likes was a fan replying: "Really love her and I understand she’s naturally thin. Lately, she looks extreme, and it’s unsettling. I hope she gets help."

Also appearing concerned was a user who said: "Post your meals for the day." 

Nastia has admitted that she has always been on the thin side. However, she repeatedly shows fans that she does eat. That includes pizza and cookies.

Nastia was also asked: "Uhhhh where’s the breakfast." However, many fans weren't up for seeing Nastia skinny-shamed.

Supporting Nastia, one user replied:

"Oh, the skinny shaming. I went through that for 36 years, and I finally was able to get from 110-130. My metabolism is ridiculous. It’s just how I’m built. You look gorgeous and love your workout routine!"

Nastia had been told she looked like she was a "borderline" anorexic back in 2020, when Shape covered her fire-back. Liukin maintains that she does not have an eating disorder and she certainly doesn't appreciate comments suggesting she does.
