Carrie Underwood Impresses Doing Push-Ups In Skintight Spandex

Putting herself through her paces, Carrie appeared in video mode and indoors while on a yoga mat. The American Idol winner didn't go full push-up, instead doing a slightly less-challenging version as she propped up her body weight on her forearms.

Also resting her knees against the mat, Carrie modeled a khaki green pair of leggings. Going tight, the singer added in a muscle-flaunting black tank top, one showing off her gym-honed arms. She delivered slow, sustained reps while also rocking her blonde locks in a simple ponytail.

The video also included others delivering various simple workout moves. In a caption, Fit52 wrote:

"Ready to fire up your upper body? 💪These beginner to advanced moves will target your arms and back, while also working your core. Choose the intensity level that works for you, and know that some days you will be up for the challenge and other days you’ll need to take the modification."

Continuing, Fit52 added: "Your journey is about progress, not perfection!"

Fit52 is based on both a deck of cards and the 52 weeks in a year. The brand reinforces the concept that not every workout has to be perfect. Rather, it's the overall effort that counts.

Promos for Fit52 have also brought stretching shots as Carrie shows off her famous legs. She did just this while rocking a leggy pair of white shorts and even touching her toes!
