Chanel West Coast Looks Fit For Summer In Sundress

Chanel West Coast is looking super-fit and summer-ready in a spaghetti-strap sundress. The 33-year-old rapper and MTV star posted snaps of herself in the sun and rocking an aqua-green and bodycon sundress recently, one showing off her toned arms and shoulders, plus her golden tan. In 2021, Chanel launched a YouTube fitness channel, so she really knows her stuff.

She Thinks Workouts Are Crucial

In 2019, Chanel opened up to Hollywood Life, talking health and fitness as well as nutrition.

"You need to work out! I mean a lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis. I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you workout," she told the outlet.

She Watches Out For 'Bulking'

West Coast, whose workouts include glute-working squats, burpees, plus plenty of weights work, did touch on the balance of cardio vs. resistance, adding: “I wouldn’t say any workout is bad or I hate it but for women focus on your cardio, because if you do too much weights and you are a woman then you are going to bulk up a little bit you know."

The Mayo Clinic states:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week."

She's Aware Of Her Shape

The "Karl" rapper also talked about appreciating how she is, shape-wise, something she factors into her clothing choices. “Finding the right clothes that flatter your body is everything because in the past, I wasn’t as aware," she said, continuing: "Back when low-rise jeans were in, that was the worst thing ever for me,” she admitted, adding that high-rise jeans are her go-to, because “I’ve got high hips.”

She Loves Fun Exercise

Just this month, Chanel updated her Instagram while in a Burberry romper and enjoying some outdoor mini golf. "I genuinely SUCK at mini golf but at least I look cute playing it lol ⛳️🏌🏼‍♀️ Fave pic 1-3?" she wrote while taking a small break.

She Keeps Going With Good Music

In a workout video showing her in her pink-painted garage gym, Chanel proved she can keep going longer with music that motivates her. Joking as she twerked a little, the LOL Cartel founder mentioned rapper Megan Thee Stallion, saying: "Working on my body oddy oddy oddy." Chanel is known for L.A. hikes, lots of energetic dances, plus her hardcore gym sessions that make her look summer-ready.
