Nicole Scherzinger In Bathing Suit Celebrates In Mykonos

Nicole Scherzinger headed to the beautiful island of Mykonos to celebrate her 44th birthday. Dressed in a tropical bikini that showed off her eye-popping curves, the singer took to Instagram to express her gratitude and to say her "heart is full" from all the love.

She Knows How To Party

The former Pussycat Dolls singer partied in Mykonos with her beau and some of their closest friends. She shared several snaps of her celebration, along with bikini beach photos that showcased her stunning curves and glowing skin.

"Thank you so much for all the beautiful birthday wishes this last week. My heart is so full ♥️," Nicole captioned her post.

She Makes Workouts Fun

To maintain her strong and sexy physique, Nicole works out regularly. Her exercises are no ordinary sweat sessions. She makes sure she is always focused and also having fun. She enjoys doing a variety of exercises - from intense cardio to weight training.

"In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches. When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga - a modified version of bikram yoga - or hiking, and core power yoga in LA," she shared to Women's Health UK.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Nicole's radiant glow comes from her healthy skincare routine. She is big on treating her skin with hydrating oils. Her favorite is coconut oil.

"I actually grew up with my family taking the coconuts from their yard [in Hawaii], extracting the oil and sending it to me here in the mainland," she explained to Cosmopolitan. "It's really healthy for the skin and anti-bacterial, and you can use it for your hair and skin."

She Dances To Have Fun

While her group hasn't performed in a long time, Nicole never stopped dancing. She often posts her fun dances on social media, proving to everyone that she still moves like a pro. Dancing regularly has also helped keep her body tight and toned.

According to Mayo Clinic, dancing is a popular aerobic exercise that can help you live longer and healthier. Being active also makes your body burn more calories. Healthy adults are recommended to get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity a week.

She Has A Happy Heart

Her relationship with rugby star Thom Evans is certainly one of the reasons why she is glowing. Nicole shared with Inquirer the importance of having self-love before committing to a relationship.

Her advice to those who are looking for love: "Work on yourself. If you’re not whole, then you will end up pulling from the relationship. So, it’s always better when you have two solid people. The more whole you are the more you can bring something into the relationship; you’re not just taking from it."
