Nastia Liukin wowed her fans in a one-of-a-kind metal chain dress that totally showed off her amazing figure.

She Amps Up Her Exercises

After landing a superhero role in the Marvel franchise, Brie made sure to amp up her fitness routine. She once admitted to People that she once called herself "an introvert with asthma" because she wasn't into fitness before she got the life-changing role.

Her training pushed her beyond what she expected, and she is grateful for the lifestyle change. "Being able to hip thrust 400 pounds, deadlift 200 pounds, push my trainer's Jeep, I mean, it's an incredible experience to realize what's inside of you is well beyond what you knew was possible."

She Always Stretches Her Muscles

To prep her muscles for her intense workout sessions, Brie always makes sure to do some pre-workout stretching.

Warming up and cooling down reduces the risk of injury and improves athletic performance, says Mayo Clinic. A proper warmup increases blood flow to your muscles, making them more limber for physical activity. Cooling down after an exercise allows your body to gradually return to its normal heart rate and blood pressure.

She Doesn't Pressure Herself

In an interview with New York Times, the Oscar-winner revealed that she had to let go of some of the pressures of being in the spotlight to better enjoy life.

"It's so exhausting to spend so much time nit-picking within your own head every detail of what you're going to say," she said. "I needed to know that it was OK for me to do something that was silly or simple, and it wouldn't blow everything up, which sounds really absurd almost a year later."

She Enjoys Being Mysterious

While Brie has gotten more comfortable sharing her personal life on social media, she still likes to remain a mystery. The actress spoke to Collider about her upcoming movie, The Marvels, and she revealed that she enjoys keeping some secrets to herself.

"So I'm super excited about what we did. I think there are some huge personal achievements of mine that I'm really excited about sharing, but you know, it's fun to have a bit of a secret. And it's fun to know that, when this film comes out, people are going to be delighted. And I get to keep that to myself for a little bit longer."
