Posting for her 48.6 million Instagram followers this week, Vanessa posed on the green and enjoying the fresh air. The newly engaged star, now fiance to Cole Tucker, posed all smiles and flashing hints of her toned abs as she rocked a cute crop top look.

The Fabletics partner added in a loose and multicolor shirt worn open - she made her abs a bit of a highlight while also grinning for the camera.

Vanessa has opened up on her wellness as she reveals being a little different in her thirties. Speaking to Shape, the A-Lister stated:
"I love how excitable I am. And I love that I'm finally at a place where I can access those things. Even the quirky stuff that might have been shut down by other people in the past, like being ridiculous with my friends, those are things I'm now allowing to thrive. For some people, I'm way too much. But I love who I am, and there's such power in that."
