Rebel Wilson is showing off her 77-pound weight loss in a stunning and chic pink look. The Pitch Perfect actress continues to make headlines since deeming 2020 her "year of health," and a recent photo on her Instagram proved she's doing great. Rebel stunned in a Louis Vuitton dress with a fitted waistline and the iconic brand's logo on the belt, shouting out her new movie and writing: "One week until SENIOR YEAR drops @netflix."

She Goes High-Protein

Revealing what lands on her plate, Rebel told People:

“Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she said. “So, I've really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn't used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”

She Allows Cheat Foods

Proving that balanced is best, the Aussie added: "I'm just trying to go for overall balance, overall healthy balance," continuing: "I have this state of being, which is not my quote, but I go 'Nothing is forbidden.' We’ll be like, 'Should we get In-N-Out burger?' And I'm like, 'Nothing is forbidden.' I can go there, I just might eat half of what I used to eat before. You know? And I'll have a burger, and a few fries, and then you feel fine."

She Ditched Bad Habits

Rebel's weight loss hasn't been a quick fix. Outlining her lifestyle changes, the actress continued to reveal she'd made “bad habits to healthier ones.”

“I definitely think with the slow down, it did help,” she said. "I think I was emotional eating, and overeating at times, because I wasn't loving myself enough either. And it does come down to that self worth and self love."

She Exercises Outdoors

Rebel has revealed that walking outdoors has done wonders for her. The star listens to podcasts during low-impact workouts in the fresh air. The Mayo Clinic states:

"Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a week," adding:

"Do strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least two times a week. Aim to do a single set of each exercise using a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions."

She Believes In Confidence

The Olly wellness partner has also revealed changes in how she perceives herself. “I like to think I looked good at all sizes and stuff and I’ve always been quite confident,” she has stated. “So, it wasn’t like I wasn’t confident and then now I’m, like, super confident.” Rebel has, however, revealed to turning to chocolate on tough days.
