Eva Longoria may be an amazing actress and film producer but with her slim frame and astonishing face, she can easily pass as a swimsuit model. It is no secret that Eva has an outstanding style especially when it comes to bathing suits. Even in her 40s the Overboard actress still looks perfect in bikinis.

She Is Stunning In Cutouts Bathing Suit

 

Eva, 47, has blessed fans many times with her steamy bathing suit looks but one look that caught many Instagram fans' fancy was a cutout design that showed off curves. An image of the black multi-cutout bathing suit posted on Instagram features Eva posing in from of a black and white detailed background.

The cutout showed Eva's toned abs and cleavage. Her firm thighs were also on full display. The Carlita's Secret actress rocked the bathing suit with a black blazer she slung on one shoulder and her hair was styled in a center part that fell around her shoulders.

She Knows The Right Steps To Staying Fit

Eva looks more gracious in her 40s and this is partly thanks to her healthy lifestyle. Fans who constantly follow Eva on social media most have seen how efficient she is about exercising as she regularly posts her workout videos online. According to Women's Health, despite having a demanding profession, Eva makes sure to dedicate one hour every day to working out.

She once said she works out for my mental health, and one of the ways she does this is with her mini trampoline, which uses bungee cords as opposed to springs. Speaking about her workout technique in an interview Eva said of the trampoline,

"Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees."

This exercise is also a good way to reduce fluid retention and fatigue.

She Does Strength Training 

Strength training has been a big part 8f Eva's experience routine since she gave birth to her son. Away from the camera, Eva is a daughter, mother, and wife who could for her family. She once shared her eating habits and it was totally fascinating. Rachel Attard states that A typical day in Eva's home starts with black coffee, after that she does her exercises and moves on to make breakfast.

Her breakfast is usually egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas made from scratch. Eva sticks to proteins for lunch, serving steak, fish, or chicken and vegetables. Dinner, however, can be hearty soup. One of her favorite soups is an Italian Wedding Soup, made with turkey meatballs and green vegetables.

Eva knows how to get all the necessary ingredients with her daily meals which are very important and Mayo Clinic confirmed, "Your body is a machine. And, like all machines, it needs the right fuel to run well — especially if you are active. But what foods should you eat to benefit your workout? And when?" 

She Is Not A Fan Of Dessert

Eva gave birth to her son Santiago when she was in her early-40s, and one of the ways she lost her baby weight was by giving up sugar, and carbohydrates. Although she already lost the extra flesh the Hollywood star is still not a fan of sugar or dessert. instead of a slice of cake, Eva opts for a glass of red wine. She takes her wine with different cheeses or a charcuterie board. She also enjoys pepperoni pizza, potato chips, and salty snacks.
